1. How do I place order for image editing/manipulation at Today Creation?

You can use our contact form to attach the image you want edited and then send them to us. You can also give us a call to talk about details or send us an email with a link of the uploaded image. All three of these ways work when it comes to placing a work order at Today Creation. You’ll be confirmed for your order through an email.

2. What’s the ideal resolution for the attached images for image editing?

Ideally, the image should be 600 dpi or better quality. If your work volume is very large, then you can bring a portable hard drive, or a USB drive to our office for transferring the files for further processing according to order.

3. How much time does it take to complete an order?

It depends on the volume, nature and complexity of the order. For smaller and less complex orders, we try to deliver by 24 hours. However, if the volume, complexity, and nature is unfitting to be completed in 24 hours, then it takes more time and the order is only proceeded after getting confirmation from you.

4. Who are your main customers?

Our customer base is a wide variety of people, organizations and industries. Marketing firms, advertising agencies, photographers, freelance advertisers, banner makers, printing press, real estate, event management firms, ecommerce, startups, design studios, and many other kinds of customers avail our services.

5. I’m facing problems in uploading my files, what can I do?

First, check to see if you’ve uploaded within the allowed size limit (mentioned below the attachment box). If you’re still facing problems, then please notice if the file format is correct or not, or if the file is corrupt. If you fail to solve the problems by now, then please give us a call.

6. Is there a size limit for image upload?

There is no size limit for your uploads. However, it is advised to inform us earlier through email or phone for larger volumes, in which case we will create a cloud link for you so that you can upload with ease.

7. Do the images require any particular format or resolution for uploading or processing?

High resolution images are best for post processing. The higher the resolution the better. The format of the image can be anything, however, for certain types of task a particular format may become necessary, in which case you’ll be notified. You can post images in JPEG, TIFF, GIF, PNG, PSD, RAW, AI etc. formats.

8. Can I get a trial or free photo editing period?

Yes, we provide first one image free editing as a trial for checking out our work.

9. What’s the pricing policy like, is it per image or per project?

It depends on the volume and complexity of the project. By default, we have a per image pricing policy. For larger projects, the pricing can be shifted to per project basis.

10. What are your working hours?

Our office remains open from Monday to Thursday, 9 AM to 5 PM (GMT +6) BST. However, our contact points are always open. For urgent work, the schedule can be altered.

11. Through which methods do you accept payment?

We accept payment methods through bank transfer, bKash, Rocket, MoneyGram, or cheque.

12. What is the security for the images that I’m uploading?

All images uploaded to our website are secured through SSL and other measures and rest assured, you can be totally relaxed because when you place an order to us, your photos and images automatically come under our safety and NDA. Your copyright is our priority, and it also becomes our responsibility.
